Specific provision(s) of the law
Article 245 (1) of the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia:“Bringing action against a foreign state in court, making the foreign state a participant as a third person in the case, seizure of property of the foreign state located in the territory of the Republic of Armenia, and application of other means of securing the action, extending the seizure to the property in the form of enforced execution of the verdict, is allowed only with the consent of the appropriate authorized bodies of the foreign state, unless otherwise stated in the international agreements of the Republic of Armenia."
