Obligation of the State to cooperate in the execution of sentences

Summary of the case

Proceedings cannot be terminated until the sentence is executed. Belongings of the ILO which are unequivocally allocated to economic activities may be object of execution, according to international Law. There is the possibility to reiterate to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs the request to adopt diplomatic measures and, as a last resort, to hold contributions of Spain to ILO, without prejudice of other measures.
