A contractual waiver of State immunity from jurisdiction and enforcement, will not be sufficient to waive the inviolability and immunity of either the premises and/or property of a diplomatic mission, or the private residence and/or property of a diplomatic agent, enjoyed under, respectively, Articles 22 and 30 of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations.
