On the question whether the trading centre enjoys immunity, the Ministry notes that in the agreement between DDR and Sweden concerning the establishment of diplomatic relations it is stated that if a trading office is established it shall not be seen as a part of the diplomatic mission, and that no regulations are included regarding immunity or privileges for the trading officeSpecific provision(s) of the document
